Article summary: "To realize your potential, dare to be different"

Author Rich Horwath's article "To realize your potential, dare to be different" points out some useful thing, which can help you  to find the best way to be succesful.
He mentions that "strategic thinking" is the most important business skill and it can advance your career. He also says that the heart of strategic is differentation. And to realize our full potential, we must embrace the style that makes us unique. But he also mentions that every people has a different style in abilities, background, temperament etc. The only difficulty is uncovering and living that unique style.
Maybe the comfortable way is to follow the herd and not take the risks, but if you do that, your success and high profit can be in danger. As the author says: "We are all different from one another; our strategies need to be different as well." It means that doing different things than the competition, or doing the same things in different ways. But it's not about being better, it's about being different.
The author shows us two examples: differentation art and in the kitchen. The differentation in art is about Britain's richest living artist, Damien Hirts. He created series of artworks from dead animals in formaldehyde. It caused a big debate whether it is art or not, but one thing is for sure: with his different strategy he has jolted the business world of art.
The other example is about chef Grant Achatz who has conceived a new concept. His new restaurant, called Next serves four menus per a year, from great moment of the culinary history or future. Instead of reservations, bookings are made more like those for a play or a sporting event.
Discover your differentation (only the answers):

1. I'm afraid I am an average person, and I don't think that I have a special talent or ability.
2. Well, my free time activities are reading, drawing and watching films. So I am average in this too.
3. I think I am enduring, but maybe to sensitive.
4. -
5. Maybe  I can feel with people when somebody is in trouble and I try to help.
